Hort del Silenci will participate, from October 15th to 19th, in the SIAL Paris fair; a global benchmark competition for the food industry, focused especially on innovation. In this sense, the fair has a space called “SIAL Innovation Paris 2022 Selection”, which brings together a selection of the most innovative products that will be present at the event, chosen by an independent jury. Hort del Silenci applied to be part of this innovative selection and two of its products have been accepted. On the one hand, the ECO Vegetable Egg and, on the other, the Vegan Beixamel. Now, together with the rest of the selected products, they will enjoy great visibility throughout the event. They will also be able to use an exclusive stamp that accredits the distinction received. The week of September 12, the jury will deliberate again to choose the final winners who will be announced in a ceremony during the fair.
