Made only with our potatoes and extra virgin olive oil, an eco and gourmet alternative to easily prepare omelettes. Just heat the oil as the potatoes are already cooked and confit with our extra virgin olive oil. Then remove the excess oil and add four eggs and you are done. Ration for two people.
