Hort del Silenci has participated, in recent days, in different activities: On the one hand, last Thursday, September 15, we were part of a day dedicated to innovation for collaboration and the gourmet co-branding, organized by the Catalonia Gourmet Cluster at the CINGI FOODLAB facilities in Girona. 20 partner companies of the Cluster attended. The day included a talk by Héloise Vilaseca, head of the Masia R+D at the Can Roca Winery. On the other hand, on Saturday 17 September, we collaborated in the activity “Clean the Mediterranean”, which the company Delicious&Sons organized in the beaches of Port Pelegrí de Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc beach. In total, 183 kg of rubbish were collected by the 577 registered volunteers. These actions are a reflection of our desire to network with different actors in our sector, as well as to take part and contribute to society’s awareness of respect for the environment, because we don’t have planet B. We have it very much present and we work to be sustainable in all areas (from farming to packaging, transport, etc.)
