L\u2019objectiu de l\u2019activitat, organitzada pel\u00a0<strong>Grup SERHS Distribuci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 conjuntament amb l\u2019<strong>ACCAC<\/strong>\u00a0(Associaci\u00f3 de Cases de Col\u00f2nies i Albergs de Catalunya), era crear un punt de conflu\u00e8ncia d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies amb noves idees per avan\u00e7ar en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de men\u00fas m\u00e9s saludables i sostenibles. <br\/><br\/><strong>Bloc de pon\u00e8ncies<\/strong><br\/>Durant el mat\u00ed, es van dur a terme un seguit de xerrades per posar en context els assistents i conscienciar sobre la sostenibilitat en les cuines destinades a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 infantil i juvenil. En aquest bloc vam participar nosaltres explicant el projecte d&#8217;Hort del Silenci. Tamb\u00e9 va oferir una pon\u00e8ncia <strong>Te lo Sirvo Verde<\/strong>, consultora de restauraci\u00f3 sostenible, aix\u00ed com el mateix grup SERHS.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Dinar amb productes de proximitat<\/strong><br\/>Posteriorment, hi va haver un\u00a0<strong>dinar elaborat pel xef Sergi de Mei\u00e0 (president de l\u2019Institut Catal\u00e0 de la Cuina i la Cultura Gastron\u00f2mica)<\/strong>, basat en els nostres llegums i pasta aliment\u00e0ria. Els\u00a0<strong>postres de l\u2019\u00e0pat van anar a c\u00e0rrec de Torrons i Mel Alemany<\/strong>, que recentment ha presentat un torr\u00f3 elaborat amb la seva mel i cigrons d&#8217;Hort del Silenci. La creaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest dol\u00e7, que tamb\u00e9 ha estat obra del xef Sergi de Mei\u00e0, ha estat a partir de la recreaci\u00f3 i recuperaci\u00f3 d\u2019una recepta de la cuina medieval catalana. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Les instal\u00b7lacions de la Cooperativa d&#8217;Artesa de Segre van acollir la jornada, on\u00a0<strong>es van unir coneixements gastron\u00f2mics i territori, potenciant la proximitat i l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dimarts, 25 de gener, vam participar en una jornada dedicada a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i de proximitat.
