L&#8217;OU VEGETAL, un dels nostres productes m\u00e9s innovadors, va ser el guanyador en la categoria de Millor Producte Innovador en Producte Ecol\u00f2gic Veg\u00e0. Un gran reconeixement a tota la traject\u00f2ria de la nostra marca, que ha apostat sempre per crear i elaborar productes sans, ecol\u00f2gics, sostenibles i de proximitat, fomentant els cultius propis. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s L&#8217;OU VEGETAL?<\/strong> Farina de cigr\u00f3 condicionada per ser un substitut de l&#8217;ou. Dues cullerades soperes d&#8217;aquest producte s\u00f3n l&#8217;equivalent a un ou mitj\u00e0. Hi hem d&#8217;afegir aigua fins aconseguir la textura d&#8217;on ou batut&#8230;i ja estar\u00e0 llest per fer pastissos, creps, truita de patates o verdures&#8230;?? Est\u00e0 certificat oficialment com a producte ecol\u00f2gic, veg\u00e0 i sense gluten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cal destacar que a Organic Food Iberia s&#8217;ha presentat el producte en un<strong> env\u00e0s noved\u00f3s<\/strong>, que consta d&#8217;un <strong>pot de pl\u00e0stic RPET reciclat, amb tapa tamb\u00e9 de pl\u00e0stic (per evitar la contaminaci\u00f3 creuada a la cuina o a l&#8217;obrador), dins d&#8217;una caixa de cartr\u00f3 reciclat<\/strong>. Alhora, amb aquest env\u00e0s, volem afavorir una c\u00f2moda manipulaci\u00f3 del producte.<\/p>\n\n<p>Des d&#8217;Hort del Silenci estem fent una gran aposta per adaptar tots els nostres envasos a
